INSEPARABLE FROM HIS LOVE
TOPIC: BEING ESTABLISHED IN GOD IN TIMES AS THIS.
TEXT: JOSHUA 1:8
Being established in God basically means being rooted and grounded in God. “In times as this” means the peculiarity of the present time.
As a believer, to be established entails being put to test by some factors. And being established in God doesn’t have a quantified duration as it with the scientific sphere. Instead, it takes a continual consistent walking in and with the Lord Jesus by his Spirit to be established.
One thing to note as well is this, being established in God is not streamlined to the spiritual alone. As a matter of fact, the life of a Christian is a call to responsibility. The discipline and teachings of the scripture should be a life in us that cut across all aspect of our lives.
Way to be established in God is to be diligent in seeking the true knowledge of God in his Word 2Tim. 2:15; Heb. 11:6
