NAME

The name of the fellowship is The Apostolic Church Students’ Fellowship of Nigeria (TACSFON) LAUTECH Chapter.

MOTTO AND LOGO

The fellowship bears the same name, logo and motto with the National body of which is ‘Let no man despise thy youth’ (I Tim.4: 12).

MEMBERSHIP

Members of the fellowship include students, Alumni and believers of like mind.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

To reach the lost youths of The Apostolic Church.
To engage in Bible teaching which will build the youths to become useful vessels in the church.
To further assist in inculcating the spirit of evangelism in the youth of the church.
To serve as a unifying force or an instrument of unity both within and outside the church.
To uphold The Apostolic Vision of the first century.
To help in teaching the little children through Sunday school and other useful programmes (children evangelism).

WHAT WE BELIEVE AND TEACH

The unity of the Godhead and the Trinity of the persons therein.
The utter depravity of the human nature, the necessity for repentance and regeneration and eternal doom of the finally impenitent.
The virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, ascension and abiding intercession of our Lord Jesus Christ, second coming and millennial reign upon the earth.
Justification and sanctification of the believer through the finished work of Christ.
The baptism of the Holy Ghost with signs following
The nine gifts of the Holy Ghost for the edification, exhortation and comfort the church, which is the body of Christ.
The sacrament of baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper.
The divine inspiration and authority of the Holy Scriptures.
Church government by Apostle, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, Elders, and Deacons.
The possibility of falling from grace.
The obligatory nature of tithes and offerings.
