DAY 12 – Cont. THE NATURE OF FAITH
Faith is not only trusting in God; it is also a relationship with God that enables you to view things from God’s perspective and to show initiative that only God would take. By connecting humanity and God, this empowers man to rule. As soon as you reach a point of trust, you are in charge because you are acting in a way that is just like God.
Strong Partnership With God
As seen by the story of Enoch, who was translated to not experience death and given a witness that he pleased God, faith permits us to be in relationship with divinity. The definition of “pleased God” is given in Genesis 5:24. Enoch walked with God and was not found, but God took him. “Enoch walked with God, and God translated him that he should not see death.
” Hebrews 11:6 says: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
When you work in cooperation with God, you have supernatural control over life’s events. Similar to that, we too need to establish a solid relationship with God so that we can maintain control at all times.
When the three Hebrew men were cast into the burning furnace, Nebuchadnezzar was astounded by their faith, which compelled God to pursue them. At the Lions’ Den, where fire had no effect on the animals, Daniel’s faith also led to a divine alliance.
Being in partnership with God transforms you into an unstoppable overcomer, a compelling victor, and a man in power wherever you are.
The mark of your destiny is partnership with God; you cannot have God with you and be humbled by any man. God is not just on your side, but also inside of you. You present a difficult case for the devil because of these two facts.
According to Psalm 66:3, no adversary will be able to stand in God’s way because of the grandeur of His strength, which compels His adversaries to surrender to Him. This implies that life will no longer be challenging.
