DAY 12 – THE SECRET OF HUMILITY
Pride is something that is becoming too obvious and too relevant amidst brethren of nowadays. We have abandoned our brotherly love and embrace because of difference in belief and trust issues; forgetting that Humility is the foundation of a Christian, we cannot journey through His Kingdom without humility; we won’t last.
Prayerlessness is a fruit of pride, when we begin to feel great about ourselves, whenever we begin to feel too safe to pray
Pride is setting in.
There is great Joy in humbling yourself before God acknowledging His greatness and seeing yourself as you truly are; it is with that delight the elders cast their thrones before the throne, they cast the symbol of all their achievements before the one that gave it all to them.
Our God is everything, and as we are joined to Him the poverty of our personal identity is lost in His eternal greatness. Let’s take a look at King David, who had the glory of a king, psalmist and prophet but he used all that for God in songs and in praises.
God dignifies us so that we can have something to throw down at His feet. Throw yourself at the Feet of God today because He is worthy of the highest praise
