Tips for staying healthy

  1. Understand your identity in Christ, it gives you a consciousness of divine health
  2. Do the right things at the appropriated time. Prioritize your activities in order of importance and urgency
  3. Eat healthy diet; it can’t be over-emphasized in staying healthy
  4. Deal with worries and anxieties before they deal with you. It’s okay to think, but it’s dangerous to worry
  5. Be keen to observe changes in your body system and address them as and when due
  6. Be quick to report any abnormalities to the nearest effective health personnel
  7. Don’t engage in self-medication, it’s no different from drug abuse
  8. Be positive-minded; a cheerful heart strengthens the bones

I believe that as we journey on, the Lord will find our hearts prepared to bear Him
